The Purple Parrot Resort is a 10 acre tropical resort within 100's of palm trees. It's more than just a vacation rental complex, but rather a destination in itself. The Purple Parrot has 114 Perdido Key condos all nestled around a 5,000 square foot / 150,000 gallon outdoor pool complete with a waterfall cave and bridge-accessible island hot tub. This is the only Perdido Key resort with 5 different size condo rentals; 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom with an bonus loft, 2 bedroom, 2 bedroom suite and 3 bedroom condos. The Purple Parrot Resort primarily attracts families during the spring and summer; however there is also a large winter crowd which returns to the resort each winter coming from the northern states that enjoy the heated indoor pool, large fitness center, saunas and indoor hot tub. Seasonally the resort has a bar and grill open on site as well. All Purple Parrot condos have high-speed internet, cable television and a washer dryer.

The Perdido Sun Resort is an eleven-story beachfront high-rise located directly on the water. Each of these well-appointed Perdido Key condos has a beach facing private balcony and are some of the most popular vacation rentals around! The Perdido Sun Resort includes a glass-solarium enclosed heated indoor pool with a beach view, outdoor hot tub and outdoor pool. Just across the street is the Villagio Shopping Center which has shopping, an art gallery, a spa/salon, a souvenir shop and nightlife with live music. All Perdido Sun condos have high-speed internet, cable television and at least one king size bed (1 bedroom sleeps 2-4, 2 bedroom condo sleeps 4-6 and 3 bedroom condos sleep 6-8 people).

The Villagio in Perdido Key is an upscale boardwalk style development with condos, nightlife, shops and food all in one location conveniently across the road from the beach. All Villagio condos have a private balcony on the north side of the room with a view of the Gulf. The development also hosts events throughout the year. The condos at the Villagio are all three bedrooms and fully furnished, so just pack your swimsuit and sandals! These condos sleep 6-8 people and a select few are pet-friendly with prior approval.

Beach Colony Resort is a gated beachfront property in Perdido Key that features three large towers. All Beach Colony condos have private balconies with panoramic views of the Emerald waters along the Perdido Key shoreline. During the warmer months enjoy the large beachside outdoor pool, the tennis courts or priceless view from your condo. The Grand Caribbean West in Perdido Key is a favorite amongst many who frequently vacation here multiple times during the year. This resort is a low-rise four-story gated development which has beach access, but is not directly on the water. "Beach access" means that it is partially behind another building. A short walk lands you on the white sand beach enjoying the waves and beach chairs. It is not a far walk and you don't have to cross any streets, so don't be turned away AND the price is competitive making it a great choice for those who come often to enjoy the beach life.

The Palacio Resort is an upscale beachfront high rise in Perdido Key. Three glass pyramids atop the resort make it an unmistakable landmark along the Perdido Key skyline. The resort features two outdoor pools, waterworks around the edge of the pool arching streams of water, and a large pool deck, making it a great spot for families. The Palacio Resort condos all have private balconies and master bedrooms with Gulf views.

Perdido Skye Resort is a beachfront property. Every rental condo has a private balcony facing south directly at the beach. Perdido Skye condos are fully furnished and feature built-in hallway bunk beds perfect for those traveling with young children. All condo rentals include a sleeper sofa (1 Bedroom sleeps 2-4). The Perdido Skye Resort has a fitness center on the ground level and beachside outdoor pool.

Ocean Breeze East Resort is an 8-story highrise located directly on the beaches in Perdido Key.
