The luxurious Beach Colony Perdido Key location resort is directly on the beach. This gated resort has three 17-story towers all of which are full of privately owned and uniquely decorated Perdido Key condos.  Each floor of the towers has its own elevator code and only has 4 condos per floor for privacy and seclusion.  These large 1800+ square foot Perdido Key condos all have 3 bedroom and 3 full bathrooms proving plenty of room for groups of up to 8 people.  When you're not in the condo, relax at the pool, beach or on your private balcony.  Your balcony faces due south and is overlooking the beach.  No place is better to enjoy a cup of coffee when you wake up or quite breakfast in the mornings than from your own balcony... during the cooler months, the floor to ceiling glass doors and panels allow you to still enjoy the morning view while all at the dining room table as the day begins to warm up.

This gated resort property is comprised of three towers. The east tower has a large fitness center which is over 1500 square feet and access to the large kidney shaped private outdoor pool.  The outdoor pool has chairs and tables for a light lunch and just off the corner of the pool is a private keycode-accessible boardwalk to the beach. The keycode is to ensure that beachgoers do not intrude on your vacation at the Beach Colony Resort and as you step onto the the sand at the end of the boardwalk there is a area to rent chairs or teak loungers with pads and umbrellas for the day or week.  This Perdido Key resort also has two tennis courts and a heated indoor pool on site.

There are plenty of attractions and great restaurants nearby.  From this resort you are within 15 minutes to the Pensacola Naval Air Station which is where the Blue Angels practice for their air shows.  Many of our guests make it a point to go and watch their practice shows, which are twice a week during their flight season, as it is an amazing sight for visitors of all ages. Perdido Key has a world-class golf courses on the island and several others nearby.  The island isn't an overgrown tourist area however we do have great nightlife venues, delicious local cuisine, the best fishing and diving on the Gulf and some convenient local shopping.  In addition to the beach and pools the kids will enjoy dolphin boat cruises, the arcades with mini golf and go carts about 20 minutes from the resort, a water park within a 45 minute drive theme parks and many other attractions in Perdido Key and the surrounding area. There are lots of great places to visit the surrounding area is full of fun day trips so that you can make your getaway as adventurous or relaxing as you choose!
