Kim M. Pyle is the new Business Development Representative for Perdido Key Resort Management. She works closely with JD Hallam to offer Perdido Key property owners a full spectrum of management services for their vacation rentals. She refers to her strong commitment to excellent customer service as “old-school.” Kim worked as a Licensed Community Association Manager on Perdido Key and in Orange Beach for 5 years prior to making a change to the Hospitality Provider industry. She worked directly for Boards of Directors for Condominium Owner Associations and proficiently managed high-end condominium properties as both an on-site manager and a portfolio manager. She understands the expectations of investment property owners and has in depth experience with the day-to-day operations of multi-family developments.
Kim also has a background in Sales & Marketing. This includes a few years as a Realtor and as a Sales Agent for a homebuilder before she decided to stay home for 16 years to raise her 2 children. Kim grew up in Pensacola and she and her husband, Tim Pyle, have lived in Perdido since 2004 where they have enjoyed being involved in the community and schools and supporting local youth sports programs. Kim’s favorite thing about working in the vacation rental business is meeting new people and greeting visitors to Perdido Key. She is here to create fans of Perdido Key Resort Management and its portfolio of properties.
