I've been coming here to visit my family for almost 12 years now, and made the move to make Perdido Key my home 3 years ago. I love the Summer, but I love Fall even more. There are so many reasons why October is the ideal month to get away, I thought I would share a few with you.

Vacationers Have Come and Gone
The Summer has already come and gone. Everyone is pretty much back in school, which means the beaches are EMPTY! It’s the perfect time to getaway for couples and for families with little ones who aren’t quite old enough for school yet.
No Weekly Minimums
During our busy Spring and Summer season we typically have a 7 night minimum, with most of our reservations starting on Saturdays. In the off season (October-February) We just have a 3 night minimum! We can even do 2 night stays if its last minute!
Pricing
With the Summer over the prices go WAY down. You could stay in a 1 bedroom BEACHFRONT condo for 3 nights for under $700!
That even includes all taxes and fees!
