Each one of our colorful condos are individually owned and loved by our wonderful home owners. These 3 bedrooms townhomes come complete with a fully equipt kitchen, in unit laundry facilites, living and dining areas, and a back patio area perfect for entertaining. These vacation homes are perfect for winter rentals as well. For our wonderful winter guests, these condos are ideal for monthly stays.
The resort itself is located along the bay area here in Perdido Key, Florida. This colorful complex gives a private feel with its location and safely gated entryway. The resort features an outdoor pool and hot tub, with a charcoal grill for guest use, and a fitness center for those wanting to stick to their routine while on vacation. The Banana Bay Resort sits 2 miles away from the closest public beach access, so a short drive will take you to the sugar white sand. If you don't feel like driving or want a break from the ocean, the Banana Bay Resort has a private beach along the bay that you can enjoy.
