Night Crabbing - Grab a flashlight and a net and start hunting! This is a super popular activity for kids here in Perdido Key. At night from your balcony you can see the little lights dance around and the kiddos scamper on the sand trying to catch the quick little sand crabs. Catch them in your sand bucket and get a closer look! Don't forget to let them go!

Sand Castle Building - Of course one activity that is almost a given is building a sand castle. This is such a fun way for the kids to work together to creat their dream white sugar sand fort! It also gives the kids something to do while mom relaxes on the beach.

Shell Gathering - This is a must for your beach trip. Grab a bucket and get to combing! The best time for the best shells is early in the morning before anyone has hit the beach! BONUS TIP: If we've had some heavy storms, and you walk on the sand early in the morning, it's the best time to find sand dollars, and even shark teeth!

Naval Aviation Museum - This is definitely a checklist item for Perdido Key. The Naval Aviation Museum is just 10 minutes away from most of our Perdido Key condos. This huge museum is full of fun activities and sights to see! Hop in one of the flight simulators and experience what its like to soar! This is a great activity when it's raining here in Perdido Key.
