Perdido Key Resort Management contributes to condo association snowbird fund

In recent Perdido Key news Perdido Key Resort Management (PKRM) is recognized by the Perdido Sun Condo Association.  PKRM has Perdido Key rental management service available to property owners throughout Perdido Key who are looking to maximize their return through vacation rental revenue.  PKRM has a presence in nearly a dozen resort complexes throughout the area and at the Perdido Sun PKRM manages 18 vacation rental properties. 

The Perdido Sun Board Secretary was kind enough to send Perdido Key Resort Management a letter of gratitude concerning the ongoing support of their winter rental season.  The letter reads:

On behalf of the Perdido Sun owners and Board of Directors, I would like to thank you and PKRM for your generous monetary contribution to our snowbird fund.  Your contribution and the contribution of many owners makes it possible to offer special events for our snowbird.  This year the money is being used for the following events:

Ice Cream Social

Valentines Events

Catered Snowbird Appreciation Breakfast

St. Patrick's Dinner

Various Prizes for additional events

Many of our snowbirds return each year to the Perdido Sun because of nightly and special events as well as our indoor pool.  They appreciate our efforts (which you help make possible) and is a contributing factor in our high occupancy rate during the winter months.

We will let our guests know of your contribution.  In addition, in our final report to our Board of Directors in May and a newsletter to our owners, we will note your contribution.
