Perdido Key Vacation Rental Reviews

Generating a stead stream of stellar reviews isn’t always easy, but it can be made more simple. Ensuring that you're aware of your guest’s needs is the most elementary level of building a sucessful vacation rental business. If you want to keep your space rented, go a step further in your efforts to provide a memorable vacation worth posting about online.

1. Upgraded Amenities
The truth is that vacations rarely go as planned. When the weather looks nice durng the planning stages, there’s usually at least one rainy day or change of plans. Perhaps it was that travel time took a little longer than expected due to traffic at the Mobile Tunnel or along Blue Angel Parkway. When time gets taken away from the itinerary, it’s important that your Perdido Key vacation rental is there to save the day for your guests. Whether it’s an included Netflix subscription, and XBox or Wii and wide-range game collection, well-stocked bookshelves, or a Keurig with a variety of k-cups, these upgraded amenities could be a big deal to your vacationers.

It’s a huge relief to realize that they won’t have to go out of their way to entertain themselves, when a part of their plans fall through. Your guests will be extremely grateful to you for helping make their entire vacation memories – even when faced with unexpected interruptions – pleasurable and easy.

2. Stellar Guest Service
Even when you're not there you should be prepared to provide fantastic guest service throughout their stay. Your guests are getting away to decompress and enjoy some family time. Make sure you have systems in place to let them know you care about their level of comfort. This could be as simple as leaving a personalized note in your guest book explaining where your guests can find anything they may be looking for, making local restaurant receommendations and wishing them a great stay. You could also label light switches and shelves so they know where everything goes and how it all works. PKRM takes the guest experience to another level to help them make vacation memories by providing access to our Perdido Keys to Fun program.

After guests check out, we send them a friendly email thanking them again for their stay and asking for feedback so we can improve for the next guests. We invite them to leave a review through several different online channels or send constructive feedback directly to our office. We work to ensure a wonderful experience during their stay to give you an awesome opportunity to prevent bad reviews, but in those instances that something less than flattering makes its way online we reply on the respective website so future guests know that the concerns were resolved and that we're always eager to improve for the next set of vacationers. Not responding is by far the worst way to address negative feedback.

There’s no substitute for great customer service, so make sure this is top-of-mind when it comes to your rental. Putting yourself in the vacationers' shoes and still being absolutely certain that you’ve done everything in your power to exceed each guest’s expectations is one of the best ways to improve your vacation rental reviews.

Kindest Regards,
