PKRM is the first vacation rental company in the area to make experiences at some of the Perdido Key area's most popular attractions available to all of our guests staying less than a month for FREE!  We do it through our Perdido Keys To Fun program which more than 1400 families got the opportunity to redeem this summer and all of which enjoyed making memories. No, we don't make the condo owner pay for this. This is a marketing tool for our office to help attract more vacationers to stay in our professionally managed vacation rental properties. These vacationers have a great time, stay in a great property and come back to do it again next year! The vacationers to Perdido Key have options regarding where to stay. If the condo next door doesn't have the Perdido Keys To Fun pass provided with their rental, then they strike it off the short- list and find one of ours since we're the only company that is actively helping to ensure they have a great experience not only in our properties but also throughout their stay. That's what this is all about, isn't it? Happy visitors come back.  happy visitors who have good memories of staying in on of our properties come back to our properties. Repeat guests take better care of the vacation rental which they plan on returning to each year. More rentals, less maintenance expenses, happy vacationers = happy property owners.
