Walk out the door and onto your chartered boat for a day of deep-sea fishing, scuba diving, spearfishing, or cruising for dolphins up and down Perdido's gorgeous waterways. (If you wish to bring your own boat on vacation, contact southwindmarina for information on renting a boat slip, or dry storing your boat) Bring your kayak for a fun day on the Intracoastal Waterway. There is a jet ski rental a hop, skip, and jump away if you want to ride over to visit the white sand island in the deep water Pass.

At Blue Views, guests can enjoy white sand beach days at multiple Public Beach Accesses. From the townhome, it is a short 12-minute drive to reach the Gulf Islands National Seashore. An 8-mile stretch of undeveloped, pristine beaches are located on both the gulf side and the Intracoastal side. Johnson Beach is the designated swimming area at this gulf-front park and offers ample parking, restrooms, restroom and shower facilities, grills, picnic pavilions, seasonal lifeguards, and a boardwalk trail. Johnson Beach is a top outdoor attraction in our "slice of Paradise".
Perdido Key is a less developed, nature-filled beach community with a laid-back vibe. It is well known as a boater's paradise. Fresh gulf seafood is available at most of the popular local restaurants and there are great food trucks located all around the area. Fantastic shopping and the many attractions of Downtown Pensacola (or Orange Beach) are just a short drive away. Perdido Kids Park is right across the road from Blue Views. The back entrance to NAS Pensacola, home of the Blue Angels Flight Team, is just a 3-4 minute drive to the East. This is also home of the Naval Aviation Museum which has free admission and is open to the public.
This welcoming 3 story townhome has charming design details like a teal-colored wrought iron staircase, Spanish floor tiles, and big picture windows to admire the jaw-dropping view. There is a large primary bedroom upstairs with a king-sized bed and 2 twin-sized beds. The guest bedroom is also upstairs and offers a king-sized bed. There are balconies outside each bedroom. There is a full bathroom upstairs with both tub and shower and there is also a separate shower in the downstairs bathroom. The updated kitchen is fully equipped for preparing a fresh catch. There are also fresh seafood markets nearby if you want to add shrimp or crabs to your menu.
