Condo was very pretty and comfortable. It was very well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Great view . Easy parking outside . Main criticisms were not getting the correct code to get into the Condo on Sunday arrival. We had to call the owner ( a friend ) in Houma La where we live as well for the right code. Also who ever was in the condo above us did a lot of walking back and forth from early morning to late evening and the footsteps were loud and heard very easily. Would rate it 4/5

My family and I had a great time while visiting Perdido Key. The accommodations were great. The view was amazing, house was clean and very roomy. Loved the beach access being private. My only complaint is that when I booked our vacation I made sure that there was a pool. We were there for a memorial trip for our Mother that passed away in February. My Aunt who is 70 and my Sister are not very mobile and wanted to be sure that they could go swimming. It was extremely hard for them to get to the Beach as my Aunt has to have a walker and my sister. Has a heart disease that makes it difficult for her to walk in the sand. I booked a different location and was moved due to maintenance issues. Had no problem with that. On the day we arrived a note was posted in the elevator stating the pool would be closed from 9/13 to 9/16. Which was the entire time we were there. They managed to get to the beach once but we’re unable to enjoy the water. We specifically wanted a pool so they also could enjoy the water. Thank you Gina Mathews

This condo was wonderful! We got to check in 3 hours early. The place was a clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of room and space ! Everything was very convenient to get to . The beach was beautiful! We will definitely book with you guys again! Thanks for a wonderful trip!!

Nice, Clean Condo

The condo was very nice and clean, had extras like sand toys and a wagon. 4th floor. Big rooms and bathrooms. 4 nice chairs on the balcony. The beds were Comfortable! The beach was private and did not have many families which was nice. They even let us check in early. We do recommend this condo!
