This vacation home is in the beautiful and private community of Arborgate and is just two minutes from the wonderful beaches of Perdido Key. Our private community offers low key living with a wonderful family atmosphere. Enjoy the community pool as well as walking and biking trails that will take you right to the sand.
Inside your vacation home, you will find an oasis of rest and relaxation. "Just Beachy" has many comfortable areas to unwind. Enjoy morning coffee with bay views from one of three front porches or have a quiet evening conversation on the back deck.
The first floor is an open floor plan that will keep the conversations going from the fully stocked kitchen to the very comfortable living room. Enjoy adult conversations around the dining table while allowing the younger ones to eat at their own separate eating nook or breakfast bar next to the kitchen. Flow into the family room and finish the evening watching movies on the 60-inch big screen TV.
Move upstairs to the second floor where you will find three of the four bedrooms. The first master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Enjoy the soaking tub, standalone shower, and double vanities. The second floor has another large bedroom with queen bed. This room shares a bathroom with the third bedroom which features a fun "camper's layout" with three twin beds.
Do you really need to get away? Move to the third floor, where the entire floor has its own private sitting space, sleeping quarters, and en suite bathroom (forming a second master bedroom suite with a king-size bed.) Enjoy your own private balcony and bay views.
(An added bonus is that all bedrooms have their own TVs.)

For those that need an added "lift," take the ELEVATOR to any desired floor.

Heading out? Share a meal and have some of the best seafood at the local eateries that Perdido Key offers. For an even larger selection, head just over four miles west to Orange Beach for a little livelier pace. Shopping, eating, nightlife and most importantly, beach life can all be found in these areas.
Our beaches: Be sure and check out Perdido Key State Park between Perdido Key and Orange Beach .But most importantly, check out Johnson Beach in Gulf Islands National Park. You will be amazed at the sugar white sand and sky blue water. This beautiful vast space is nothing but white sandy beaches with absolutely no commercialization. Bask in the sun or picnic under the pavilions all while enjoying the sounds of the surf and relaxing in paradise.
More Activities: Want a bit more action on the water? Love to take your boat out? The marina is a half mile away from your vacation spot. Or launch your rented Kayak next to the marina and enjoy paddling around the bay. Love to golf? Lost Key Golf Course is right next to your vacation home and there are several more courses in the surrounding area.
