This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath privately owned vacation home at the Grand Caribbean West Resort on the first floor with beach access. This condo comfortably sleeps a family of up to 6 people, including all adults and children. The living room is equipped with a television, DVD player, wireless internet and a sleeper sofa. The master bedroom contains a king size bed, television and DVD player. There are fun bunk beds built into the hall that will comfortably sleep 2 children. The kitchen is fully furnished with all appliances and this vacation home includes a washer and dryer as well. From the private patio, guests may enjoy a lovely view overlooking the resort pool. A refreshing walk on the beach is a short walk away via the resort's deeded beach access. Guests may also use Public Beach Access 1 which is steps away from Grand Caribbean West.
This resort is centrally located in Perdido Key and very near Johnson Beach - a treasure in Perdido Key. This Gulf Islands National Seashore offers an amazing 8 miles of undeveloped, unspoiled white sand beach on the gulf side and the quiet water of the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway on the north side. Anyone who enjoys eco tourism will want to see this nature and sea life filled park.
Downtown Pensacola and Orange Beach are just short drives away and offer great shopping, wonderful dining and lots of local attractions. Guests will want to take advantage of complimentary excursions offered through the Perdido Key To Fun Program with free golf at Lost Key, local waterway cruises and even deep sea fishing. Rollercoaster enthusiasts will enjoy free admission to OWA Amusement Park. These daily excursions, one per day of your reservation, offer great opportunities for fun and real value to a vacation. This unit has your basic needs covered to have a relaxing getaway. Check in was a breeze and everyone was very helpful and a pleasant to work with. The management team provides professional service while maintaining a personable experience. We had to reschedule our initial dates and we’re met with understanding and flexibility to save our much needed family vacation. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. You are in good hands booking this unit and others under their management. We will be back!

Another Awesome Year at West 102

We had another great stay at this same condo, 102 West. Very clean and up to date. We played golf 3 days at Lost Key Golf Club, great course, but, tight fairways. Eating out on vacation is just a must for us. Some great places to eat were, Oyster Bar and Marina under the Bridge, Sunset Grill (great sunset dinner over looking the Bay at PerdidoKey), Sea and Suds for lunch, Flora Bamba Yacht Club for lunch, Acme Oyster House, Amelia’s in Gulf Shores for lunch, GT’s in Orange Beach ( a hidden Gem), Shrimp Basket in Perdido Key, CoastAl in Orange Beach. We love Perdido Key as we have been coming here for the last 20 years and will continue to return every year. Perdido Key Resort Management is a great Company to rent from ensuring your stay will be a memorable one. JH
