Hello!

My name is John JD Hallam and I am the Rental Manager for Perdido Key Resort Management in Perdido Key, Florida. First off, I would love to extend our warmest welcome to you this upcoming winter season of Perdido Key condo rentals! If you do now know where Perdido Key, FL is... or have not yet stayed in one of our Perdido Key condos, we are located between Pensacola Beach and Gulf Shores as a barrier island. Our community is more laid back than what you may find when searching for Destin condo rentals, Gulf Shores condo rentals, or even Pensacola Beach rentals.  Rest assured that the spring-breaker nightlife scene has not yet made its way onto our little piece of paradise.  The Florida winter Snowbird Resort rentals in Perdido Key are infectious and after one winter Snowbird rental season in Perdido Key you are likely to come back for many years in the future!

In the years following Hurricane Ivan (2004) we were undergoing our long-term restoration and finished in early 2007. We are eager to have our Perdido Key winter Snowbird Resort rental guests back we continue to offer the best Perdido Key Snowbird Resort Special we are able! We enjoy the company of our winter guests throughout the early seasons, therefore the winter season special has been set up to eliminate seasonal rate increases. We are extending our winter rates through the month of March (usually spring season rates) for those who reserve 3 full months - January through March. We also encourage those in search of winter Florida Snowbird resort rentals to explore the possibility of reserving a unit earlier in the season beginning as soon as October.  The rates are the same and the weather is warmer than the traditional January through March time frame.
