All we need is a little info to get you started:
How many people will be in your group?
Are we all staying in one condo, or would you like separate condos?
Any requests on bed size?
Are you interested in being beach-front?
Is a pool important for your vacation?
What are your dates that you’re interested in? Are they flexible?
If you have these questions answered and ready to go, then just send us an email or give us a call here in the office!
Okay so now you have your trip all planned out..Now where do I go from here?
All we need to book your vacation is your information:
-First & Last Name
-Billing Address
-Cell Phone Number
-Email Address
To confirm the booking we take a $300 pre-payment that actually goes towards your total balance.
Alright so I’ve booked my condo and have everything ready to go..what about the remaining balance?
That’s simple! We just need the remaining paid upon check-in. An awesome feature we have is that you can call periodically before your reservation and make payments! You can have your vacation paid in full before you even pack your bags!
What is there to do in Perdido Key?
We are prepared to answer ANY questions you have about our area. There is TONS of fun places to go and activites to do less than 10 miles from your condo!
We have an extensive list of our favorite restaurants in the area.
We always have coupons and activity information readyily available in our office.
Its so easy and simple to make this vacation an amazing one.
