The Perdido Sun Resort is the ideal spot for anyone who loves the beach. The resort itself sits right on the sand and has a small walkway to get you along the shore. There is an indoor and outdoor pool as well as an outdoor hot tub and fitness center. We have 1 and 2 bedrooms on various floors, so you can pick your perfect view of the Gulf Coast. Ocean Breeze East is a wonderful place to stay if you want to be beach front and have your own spot on the beach. The resort itself is at the end of the line of beach front condos, so most of the people on the beach in front of your condo will be staying at the same resort. There is an outdoor pool on site. The Beach Colony resort here in Perdido Key has always been a favorite of our returning guests. This complex sits directly on the beach, and features an indoor & outdoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center. We have 3 3 bedroom units at this resort. Perfect for a group of 6 or 8.
The Molokai Perdido Key complex is located on both the beachside and bayside of Perdido Key Drive. This complex is perfect for those in search of a quaint-coastal vacation as opposed to the typical high-rise rental. Molokai Perdido Key amenities include and outdoor pool in the bayside section of the complex, an over-the-water pavillion and boat docks as well. The beachside section of the complex has parking exclusively for those who are staying in a beachside rental as well as a dunes-crossover providing convenient access to the sugar-white sand which keeps Perdido Key on the top beach desitinations throughout Florida travel publications. We currently have 3 gorgeous units at this complex, 2 are 3 bedrooms on the ocean side that comfortably sleeps 6, and a 2 bedroom on the river side that sleeps 6.

The Purple Parrot Village Resort is another returning guest favorite. This 10 acres gated resort sits about 1/4 of a mile away from the ocean shore, about a minute drive. The resort itself features an indoor & outdoor pool, indoor & outdoor hot tub, as well as a fitness center and mens' and women's saunas. There is also and Tiki Bar & Grill onsite right along the outdoor pool area. The pool at this resort rivals all others in the Perdido Key area. This cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo on the 2nd level comfortably sleeps up to 6 people with a queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom and a sleeper --sofa in the living room. Just outside the living room sliding doors is the spacious balcony generously furnished with an absolutely gorgeous view of Ole River.
Evenings can be spent watching the boaters go by with an occasional dolphin show for those lucky enough to catch them playing. This gated resort, just minutes from the world-famous Florabama, offers a large private pool, picnic and grilling areas and sought after dock access for fishing and boating. The resort also provides the use of a fish cleaning station and boat slip access and boat and trailer parking near the docks as well.
