The Purple Parrot Resort is located in Perdido Key, Florida only a quarter of a mile away from the sugar sand beaches! The resort is also super close to plenty of restaurants, shopping, and all of our most popular Perdido Key attractions. The Purple Parrot is also only 10 minutes from the Naval Air Station!

The Resort Features

This Perdido Key resort sits on 10 acres and has 114 colorful, free-standing condos. More than 100 palm trees, a white Bahama-base road, and a secluded setting give the resort an Old Florida atmosphere reminiscent of the Florida Keys. The 5,000-square-foot outdoor pool holds nearly 150,000 gallons of water, with a waterfall cave and a bridge-accessible island hot tub.

The pool deck has lounge chairs and palm-leaf-covered cabanas where families can gather for lunch. Nearby, a sandy courtyard has two volleyball nets and room for children to play. For cooler days or a break from the sun, the indoor pool house includes a heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, showers, and saunas.

The Vacation Homes

Vacation homes at the Purple Parrot Resort range from cozy one-bedroom condos to spacious three-bedroom homes. One-bedroom condos occupy either the upper or lower floor, with separate living spaces. Two- and three-bedroom homes have two stories, with the living area and kitchen downstairs and the bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. Each home is individually owned and decorated. All homes have fully equipped kitchens, bed and bath linens, and washers and dryers.
