The Purple Parrot Resort is probably our #1 resort for group rentals. It's our top Perdido Key Resort for family reunions, weddings, and any other rentals that need accomodation for large groups! It's also a great spot to rent one large vacation home, and split it with someone! This is perfect for a couples trip! Enjoy the on-site Tiki Bar & Grill while you lounge by the pool under the Florida sun. Then at night take in some Perdido Key night life with live music and your favorite drinks! The two bedrooms sleep up to 6, and the 3 bedrooms sleep up to 8 people. Each condo features a fully equipt kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, dining area, and living room. Most of our Purple Parrot condos have a television in each bedroom, perfect for those drizzly Summer nights. The resort itself also includes an indoor pool & hot tub, fitness center, and men and womens' saunas. The ocean isn't far away, The Purple Parrot Resort sits about a quarter of a mile away from the closet beach access.

Perdido Sun 2 Bedrooms 

Perfect for those who are all about the beach. The Perdido Sun Resort sits directly on the sugar white sand of Perdido Key, FL. Two bedrooms at the Perdido Sun sleep up to 6 people. Each condo is complete with a full kitchen, dining area,  and in unit washer & dryer. The resort itself features an outdoor pool & hot tub, indoor pool, fitness center, and direct beach access. This is a great spot for a couples trip along the Emerald Coast. Enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise, or sip your favorite glass of wine while taking in the gorgeous Florida sunset.

The Beach Colony Resort has always been a returning guest favorite here in Perdido Key, FL. This is another great spot for those who want to spend most of their time on the beach. Ocean Breeze East 404

The Ocean Breeze East in Perdido Key has condos with private balconies overlooking the beach.  The resort is directly on the Gulf, so a ride down the elevator and walk across the pool deck puts your feet right on the sand.  The resort is 8-stories tall with private parking on the north side of the building allowing each condo up to 2 parking spaces.  The resort has a beachfront pool as well, so everyday you can choose to either take a dip in the pool or stroll along the shoreline in search of seashells. We currently have 1 3 bedroom at this complex that sleeps up to 8 people.

Banana Bay Town-Homes 

The Banana Bay complex on Perdido Key is perfect for those who are looking to stay away from the typical high-rise property found in most beach communities.  Located on the bayside of the island, this resort property is dotted with colorfully painted townhome vacation rentals and winter homes each of which are privately owned and uniquely decorated inside.  The complex has an outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub and indoor fitness center.  Along the northside of the property guests may enjoy use of the private beach and boat dock, both a huge plus here on Perdido Key. We currently have 3 3 bedroom units at this complex. Two of which sleep 8, and one that sleeps 10.

Lost Key  

Lost Key is one of our most unique vacation homes. This complex is loacted along the Intracoastal Water Way in  Perdido Key, FL. Just a short 5 minute drive to the sugar white sand at the beach. The Lost Key condos and vacation homes development is located along the Lost Key Golf Course. Staying in one of these properties is the perfect solution for those in search of beach and links time while on vacation. This gated development has a large outdoor pool and outdoor hot tub, an indoor fitness center and assigned parking

Sunrise and Sunset. The towers on Lost Key are perfect for sunrise and sunset lovers. The buildings are positioned so that from the front catwalk you can enjoy sunrise over the Gulf with your morning coffee while sunsets over the Bay can be enjoyed from your private screened balcony with a glass of wine.

Arborgate Vacation Homes

The luxury vacation homes at Arborgate and fairly new to our rental program, and they are one of the best kept secrets along the Emerald Coast. These homes provide the perfect spot for a quiet get-away, while still very close to the beach. We currently have two 4 bedroom units, which comfortably sleep up to 16 adults! This complex is also very close to all of the shops and local restaurants in Perdido Key.
