Mandatory Evacuation Notice & Guest Reservation Update Updated Thursday, October 8, 2026For guests currently staying with PKRM or scheduled to arrive October 8–11. Mandatory Evacuation Escambia County has issued a mandatory evacuation order for Zones A and B, including Perdido Key and Pensacola Beach, effective at noon Thursday, October 8. If you are currently staying in an affected area, please follow the county’s instructions and evacuate immediately and safely. Once you have safely vacated your property, reply to the text or email you received from PKRM so our team can update your reservation and departure status. Upcoming Arrivals Please do not travel to your reserved property while evacuation orders or access restrictions remain in effect. Monday, October 12, is the earliest anticipated check-in date. This is not a confirmed reopening date. Check-ins will depend on local conditions, official advisories, building access, and our team’s assessment of each property. Please wait for confirmation from PKRM before proceeding with your arrival. Reservation Changes Our immediate priority is the safety of our guests and team. Once the storm has passed and services have been restored, we will work with affected guests on refunds, rescheduling, or other necessary reservation adjustments. The available options will depend on your reservation and booking channel. We appreciate your patience while our team works through these changes.
