Our family-owned Perdido Key Resort Management has the safety and well-being of our guests, property owners, staff, and partners in mind. We're taking measures to protect against the spread of COVID-19 and we'd like to share these measures with you. Over the past several months we have received many calls, social media posts on our Perdido Key Florida Facebook page, and questions on what is happening locally on our beaches. We'll address these questions below.
To our Valued Guests, OUR RENTAL BAN HAS BEEN LIFTED AND THE BEACHES ARE OPEN!!!
You are welcomed to call, but we advise that you book your property online as our online reservations have been coming in very quickly!
The restrictions in place by our county only disallow check-in from the New York tri-state area (New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut).
After every stay our housekeeping crews sanitize surfaces, floors, restrooms, remotes, phones, and appliance handles along with thoroughly cleaning each property we manage. Our housekeeping coordinator who is working with each of our housekeepers to ensure that none of these surfaces are overlooked and our cleaning disinfectants used to sanitize meet AOAC efficacy standards for hospital disinfectants. Properties on our linen program have all bed, bath, and kitchen linens processed in a commercial facility adhering to CDC guidelines after every rental where they are washed, dried, pressed, and folded to make them like new after each use.
Our beaches are open! Hurray!

Effective May 1st, 2020: We have amended our final payment policy. Typically, your final payment is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival. For all reservations scheduled to arrive on or before 08/31/2020, your final payment will not be due until 2 weeks prior to your arrival date. This will allow you the time needed to evaluate what's going on and make a final decision about your stay. Up until that point, you only need to place a $300 prepayment for your reservation with our office and if you decide to cancel, we will apply that $300 to a future reservation which is completed by 12/31/2021. Once we are within 2 weeks of your arrival, the total balance is due and non-refundable.

Stays made through third-party sites may be subject to the terms and conditions on these sites. Check on the site you made your reservation if it wasn't booked direct. ---> In the future, book direct for the best possible rate for your dates.

We are thinking of our guests and property owners during these times. We want to be sure that we're doing our very best to support all of you. America and the world will get through this crisis. Let's all remain calm and help each other through it. This is only temporary, and soon we will be back to normal. Even with all of this, Americans are still more blessed than anywhere on earth, so let's remember that and we all will emerge stronger than before.
