Check-Out Procedures

1. Any and all keys, fobs and pool passes(where applicable) we issued at check-in must be returned to our office by 10:00 am to avoid additional charges.
2. After 10:00 am you may not re-enter the vacation home as turning it over within 6 hours (10:00 am check-out and 4:00 pm check-in) in order to be ready for the next arrival is a process that requires ample time to have it done properly.
3. When you leave it is your responsibility to throw your trash in the dumpster or trash chute, have the dishwasher stated on your way out and
4. leave the condo in a condition as good as when you arrived
5. The housekeepers will be there shortly to begin sanitizing and preparing the vacation home or condo for the next guest.
