The condo was clean and spacious for our group. The staff at Perdido Key Resort Management were friendly and easy to work with and was very helpful. The condo was initially supplied with some necessities and we appreciated this. We greatly appreciated the keyless entry. We will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Condo was very spacious and stocked well. We loved the large balcony and close proximity to beach. Everything was very clean and it was very nice having three full bathrooms also. Overall we had a wonderful stay here. Would definitely recommend.

We had a fabulous week-long stay at this property. The unit was clean, well-appointed and well-maintained. The resort itself was in great condition--the pool was clean and inviting and the fitness center was in perfect condition. And the beach itself rates a 10.

This space was very clean and exactly as described. Kitchen was very well stocked with small appliances, utensils and dishes. There was a Mr. Coffee and a Keurig coffee pot. Lots of windows to enjoy the beautiful view. Beautiful balcony view. If we are ever back in the area, we will stay here. All questions we had before the trip were answered in a timely manner. Thank you! Check in and check out were easy. Thank you for letting us stay in your condo!

Family Thanksgiving

We love the Perdido Key area and staying at Beach Colony Resort. Unit 8D was clean, comfortable and roomy. Du to construction we were unable to use the balcony or see the Gulf. However that just allowed us more minutes ring and evening walks in the beach to capture the beautiful views. We highly recommend this unit and PKRM.

Overall Comment

Perfect area, really nice gated facility. Condo was near perfection, well maintained, clean, everything we needed. Only negative for me personally was carpet in bedrooms was a little sketchy. Large balcony was amazing. Overall great stay, would definitely rent unit again!

Overall Comment

First the good. The unit itself was terrific. Decorated and furnished well with a single theme throughout. Beach Colony is our favorite condo because of the large porches and many windows throughout each unit. Now the bad. Landscapers running leaf blowers for HOURS at building next door. I watched as they went over the same area four times just blowing sand around. We finally decided to leave the building until they finished with the leaf blowers. I now understand why leaf blowers are prohibited by some municipalities. Beach chair rental staff with 2 way radios set to maximum volume while they used the pool to cool off was .... not cool. These things may seem trivial , but they do show what value is placed on guest comfort by staff. We liked the unit enough that we will probably return, but one more multi hour leaf blower concert will end the routine for good.

Overall Comment

We spent a week a Beach Colony Resort with our children and grandchildren and had awesome time. The weather was great. The condo was great. Having all my family there made it special. This was our second trip to Beach Colony Resort. We will come back.
