Overall Comment

The condo was just as pictured. Plenty of room for our group. Even though the Master Bath was in the middle of being remodeled it didn't present a problem, it will be gorgeous once completed. We especially loved the covered balcony area and view of both sunrises and moonlight upon the waters. When we discovered there were no hair dryers as listed the staff was quick to supply us with one and a big coffee pot. We had issues arriving after office hours finding where to pick up keys and then finding the elevator call button and entering the elevator code on the key pad inside the elevator but God provided an angel guest to assist us. Better instructions would have helped. All of us slept well with the exception of one of the two beds in guest room was too soft but someone else might like a soft bed. We love this area and our group has been coming for eleven years now. We missed last year due to the hurricane damage and we excited to return to Perdido Key.

The condo was nice. Looking over the beach. Great location. Now for the bad. There really isn’t much utilities in the kitchen. The master bath we were unable to use. When I originally booked this place there was no mention of that. Nowhere roughly a week before check in we were informed of not being able to use just the shower/tub and they offered some money back and an excursion. Which was fine. I can say just what I saw with the remodel progress .. that bathroom is going to be amazing! The booking was also an issue. And still has not been resolved. We used VRBO and was charged more than was was originally stated. I’ve reached out to vrbo who says it is the property that inputted something wrong and the property manager is saying VRBO. Still no resolution.

Overall Comment

Everything was wonderful except when checking into the condo, we received the incorrect address on the received paperwork. This sent us to the wrong condo and caused extra hustle with bags and kids. The condo was well equipped. There is not a Keurig, so that was a bummer; a very small coffee pot was available. The view and amenities were fantastic! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!
