We had a fabulous 6 day stay. The penthouse suite was amazing. I would not book a stay anywhere else. The kitchen had everything needed. You mint need to bring or buy anything for a day at the beach, this place has it all covered!

My husband and I stayed in the unit with our 7 and 4 year old as well as my Mother, brother and 5 year old nephew. This was the most spacious and best laid out condo we have stayed in. The decor was beautiful and they provided everything we needed and more. We loved the closet full of beach supplies. The rooms were all large and it was great for everyone to have their own bathroom. The outdoor balcony was great as well, we ate and hung out at the table out there. The kids enjoyed playing some of the games provided by the unit. It was super convenient to get out on the beach and we used the beach chair service. The kids enjoyed having both an outdoor and indoor pool to swim in. We enjoyed only having 4 per floor and being able to leave our beach things by the door instead of bringing them in the unit. We didn’t leave the grounds once we checked it besides picking up food one night. Everything was wonderful and we can’t wait to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. The unit was spacious, clean, updated and had everything we needed for our stay. The covered patio was HUGE and very comfortable. You cannot beat the view!! Be sure to use the shutters during heavy rain to keep rain from puddling on the patio (it took us a few days to figure that out). The multiple pools were great and we loved the location - near Orange beach/Gulf Shores, but also plenty of places to eat/shop right across the street in Perdido. We enjoyed family outings to the Wahoos game and the Navy Museum just a short drive away.

Perdido Key Hidden Gem

This is a high-floor sizeable condo on the eastern end of Perdido Key (~ 5 miles to Flora-Bama line). The property and condo are beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. On the beach, with a pool. There are a few good restaurants within walking distance. Otherwise, the kitchen if very roomy and functional to make a meal. Lastly, I would be remiss if I didn't mention the large covered patio that overlooks the gulf and one of the pools. We spent our mornings and evenings each day. We will definitely return again!

This condo provided everything I could have hoped for in a vacation destination and MORE!!! So well equipped, I had everything we could have needed to enjoy the time away and the beach. Beautifully decorated, just for the beach experience. Wonderful view of the sunrise from the balcony and we could see it set from the beach, sitting in the provided chairs. The sound of the waves crashing as I slept in the master bedroom, from the balcony doors, was just what I needed! It was a fabulous stay, and I cannot WAIT to get back and stay a little longer. I may even take the family next time!

We spent an amazing week here in June on a family vacation. We had 3 families with a total of 5 kids, but never felt cramped or on top of each other. The beds were comfortable and it was great all having our own bathrooms. I loved waking up in the morning and sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee! The kitchen had everything we needed for eating in and the couches were super comfy for movie night. We spent our days bouncing back and forth between the beach, outside pool, and inside pool and hot tub. Also loved having access to the beach closet with the chairs and umbrella, that was a really nice touch. 10/10 stars, everything was outstanding and we look forward to returning in the future!

WE had a marvelous time at the Beach Colony in Penthouse 17A. We loved using the complimentary beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, and beach wagon. It was great we didn't have to pack any of these things.
The unit was as advertised. Everything was practically brand new. We will be back to Stay.

Loved this property. Fully furnished with everything we needed. Newer furniture in living room. Very nicely decorated. Wonderful views from the balcony. Alot of the small extra touches that mean so much!! I cant say 1 negative thing about this codo or complex. Everyone we encountered was extremly nice. Can't wait to come back next year.

Absolutely gorgeous! The condo was beautifully decorated although we spent most of our time on the balcony because of the wonderful view of the ocean. Love the fact that the 3rd bedroom did not have bunk beds. We are 4 older women that take a trip every May and it fit us perfectly. We will definitely be back. Did I mention the fact that the closet had a beach wagon, beach chairs, and coolers for us to use? That was great! John and Kristina left a welcome basket full of snacks! Loved it!!! Thank YOU!
