Many populations of beautiful coastal birds call this Audubon property their home but you might even see the Blue Angel flight team buzz by on a Tuesday or Wednesday practice day, during Show Season.
The condos also offer a large, heated and cooled pool, a grilling cabana, a soaking spa and a fitness room. The gated community has a privacy officer on duty 24/7, long stretches of safe sidewalks for walking, jogging and bicycling and pickleball courts. The condo sleeps 6 comfortably. The primary bedroom offers a plush King sized bed with a large ensuite bathroom. Enjoy the spa like shower with a big tub for soaking and double vanities. The guest bedroom also has a plush King sized bed and the den has conveniently been set up with a comfortable Queen sized bed. These 2 bedrooms share a full sized bathroom. The televisions are smart TVs for guests to stream movies or play their games. There is a sleeper sofa in the family room to accommodate 2 more guests, if needed. The kitchen is modern and has stainless appliances. It is fully equipped for preparing meals - there's a great local, fresh seafood market right under the Theo Baars Bridge and several grocery stores nearby. There is a grilling area set up for guests, located in the pool area in case you want to fire up the BBQ. If you don't feel like cooking, no worries! There are lots of great local restaurants, from Orange Beach to Downtown Pensacola, as well as shopping, attractions and sights to see.
