A highly desirable Palacio Resort beachfront condo in Perdido Key, FL!!! Wake up and watch the dolphins swimming along the shoreline from your private balcony while you enjoy your morning coffee. The bedding arrangements include a king bed in the master bedroom on the south side of the condo featuring gulf front windows and access to the private balcony and a queen bed in the second bedroom, along with twin bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom. The master bedroom has a very large bathroom, with jetted tub and a separate walk-in shower. The second bathroom is shared by the 2 other guest bedrooms near the north side of the condo and common area. This condo is large and spacious, the linens are plush, and the view is one of the best on the beach! You can make yourself a cocktail at the wet bar in the living area and enjoy it from the large balcony which overlooks the outdoor pools and Perdido Key beach just in front of the resort. If you are looking for a plush condo to spend your vacation with friends and family, then this second-floor three-bedroom condo is the beach rental for your escape.

Please be aware that this condo does not provide cable service, but guests will be able to stream using the free Wi-Fi.

We liked it a lot

The condo was beautiful. Being without a car, it was disappointing that the little store across the street was closed, for minor supplies like coffee, paper towels, etc. Could have used more trash bags, seems kinda stingy to only give two.... Small investment to ensure a clean place. If there were "bring your own" items listed, I didn't see them.. Paper towels, coffee, trash bags... Otherwise, great place! We will be back.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. No problems at all. The accommodations were very nice. The unit has 3 bedrooms: Master (king) with huge walk in shower and whirlpool tub overlooking the pools and beach, Guest #1 (queen) attached to bath, and Guest #2 (twin bunk beds). Very nice. Oh, we did have one issue. We were not able to find the pool bands, but one call to J.D. fixed that. They were in a bowl on the kitchen counter. I would highly recommend staying here.

Our family has already decided we are coming back in 2014! Starting our savings account. The kids only want to stay 5 days, but the adults lived every moment. We are even thinking about coming down for a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary. The accommodations were outstanding. The condo was beautiful and fit our families needs perfectly.
