All bedrooms have televisions as well as the living room. If you need extra sleeping space, the sofa in the family room is a comfortable sleeper sofa. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen overlooks the dining area and family room which opens up to a front-row view of the Gulf from the balcony.
This condo is located at the East end of Perdido Key conveniently across the street from Villagio Shopping Village and some local restaurants and shops you are sure to enjoy. It is within walking distance to Johnson Beach National Seashore Park with 8 miles of pristine, undeveloped beach. It uniquely has the emerald waters of the Gulf on one side and the quiet water of the Intra-Coastal Waterway on the other. Downtown Pensacola attractions are about 25 minutes to the East and Orange Beach restaurants and shops are about 15 minutes to the West. You won't get bored unless you just want to be.
