Newly added to the rental program and available during the spring and summer, this beautifully appointed condo is perfect for a much needed couple's getaway, a memorable family vacation, or a fun filled Stay N Play golf week.

Located on the 9th floor, Beach Music is a bright and inviting end unit filled with natural light from extra windows. Recent updates include new living room furniture, new bedding, a new dishwasher, and whimsical artwork that adds personality throughout the condo. Smart TVs provide entertainment for streaming and gaming, while high speed internet makes it easy to stay connected.

One of the highlights of Beach Music is its incredible outdoor space. Relax on the private Gulf front balcony and enjoy the soothing symphony of waves along the white quartz sand below. The guest bedroom balcony offers another beautiful perspective, with views overlooking Ono Island, Ole River, and the Intracoastal Waterway. From these private 9th floor balconies, you can enjoy amazing sunrises, gorgeous sunsets, and perhaps even catch a glimpse of the Blue Angels flying by as they return home from an air show!

Want to bring a boat. Boaters will love the access to Perdido Key's beautiful local waterways! Perdido Towers offers boat owners access to a private boat launch, boat slips, boat trailer parking, a dock with a gazebo, and a wash station. These amenities are exclusively available to Perdido Towers owners and guests and are located on Ole River, directly across the street from the condos.

Please note, guests who wish to bring a boat to Perdido Towers must reserve boat accommodations in advance. Boat trailer parking and dock parking are available on a first come, first served basis, and an additional deposit is required before arrival. Boat parking and launching are not permitted without advance approval from onsite management. Planning ahead will help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience during your stay.

Additional Perdido Towers amenities include a beachfront pool, gas grills, 2 elevators per tower, a sundeck, fitness room, tennis courts, and an impressive 400 feet of beachfront accessible by a private boardwalk. There is plenty of beautiful beach and ample room to stretch out, relax, and enjoy the Gulf Coast.

Inside Beach Music, the open concept floor plan seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating an ideal space for gathering, sharing meals, and spending quality time together. The spacious dining table seats 6, with an additional 4 barstools at the kitchen counter.

The primary bedroom features large picture windows overlooking the endless blue horizon and a plush King sized bed for a restful night's sleep. The en suite bathroom includes a tub and shower combination. The guest bedroom offers 2 comfortable Queen sized beds and conveniently connects to the hall bathroom, which also features a tub and shower combination. A brand new sleeper sofa with a brand new memory foam mattress in the family room provides additional sleeping space.

The modern kitchen is bright, fresh, and fully equipped for dining in. It features a brand new dishwasher, upscale dinnerware, and everything you need to prepare meals, snacks, and vacation treats. Don't feel like cooking while you're on vacation. No problem! Perdido Key offers a variety of popular restaurants, with even more dining, shopping, and local attractions available nearby in Orange Beach and Downtown Pensacola.

NOTE Beginning 3/12/2025 this complex is going to be under MAJOR stucco and roof repair projects. Amenities and portions of the property may not be accessible or closed during periods of time. Balconies will be inaccessible and workers will be working during business hours and require access to each unit.
