This laid back resort features charming coastal architecture that has been admiringly compared to the popular 30A style, but without the 30A prices! Purple Parrot fans love the value, relaxed atmosphere, and resort amenities that make this coastal community such a popular vacation destination.

This spacious 1200 square foot cottage is a charming 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 2 story lockoff unit located close to both Purple Parrot swimming pools. Convenient parking is also available directly in front of the unit, making arrival and departure a breeze.

What is a lockoff. In this case, Captain No Shoes is normally a 3 bedroom condo, but one of the bedrooms is locked and unavailable when the property is rented as a 2 bedroom lockoff. Guests still enjoy the same living room, dining area, kitchen, half bath, stairwell, and upstairs layout as the full 3 bedroom condo. The only difference is that one guest bedroom remains locked and inaccessible for the duration of your stay.

Captain No Shoes, A Beach Retreat, is a welcoming coastal cottage designed for families or groups of friends. As a 2 bedroom lockoff, the condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and offers inviting living, dining, and sleeping areas.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, whether you're cooking up a fresh catch after a deep sea fishing excursion or preparing seafood from a local market. The primary bedroom features a King sized bed and an en suite bathroom.

The available guest bedroom will feature either a Queen sized bed or a Twin over Full bunk bed with a Twin trundle underneath, depending on which guest bedroom is included with your reservation. When rented as a lockoff, the other guest bedroom will remain locked and inaccessible throughout your stay. A second full bathroom is also located upstairs for guest use.

The well appointed main living area provides a comfortable place to gather and unwind. Enjoy a flat screen TV, WiFi, cable, and games for memorable family game nights.

Guests of PKRM can also enjoy complimentary excursions like golf at Lost Key or Soldier's Creek, deep sea fishing charters, dolphin cruises, sunset cruises, and OWA Amusement Park tickets. These boating excursions offer an exciting way to experience Perdido Key from a different perspective and discover why its beautiful waterways are known as a Boater's Paradise. Take advantage of the PKRM adventures available through our excursion scheduling app to add even more fun and value to your vacation.
