Step outside onto the large private Gulf front balcony, the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the comforting sound of the waves and looking out over the jewel colored waters of the Gulf of Mexico. In the evenings, the sky transforms into beautiful pastel colors, especially during January and February, creating the perfect setting to relax with your favorite beverage.

Sea Rise at Sandy Key is located in Tower 1 on the far east side of the resort. Sandy Key is one of Perdido Key's most popular beach resorts and offers an impressive selection of amenities. Sea Rise at Sandy Key comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with the use of the sleeper sofa. The condo features 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The primary bedroom offers a King sized Sleep Number bed for a luxurious night's sleep, along with an en suite bathroom featuring an extra large shower. A sliding glass door provides direct access from the primary bedroom to the Gulf front balcony.

The guest bedroom features 2 Full sized beds, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. Televisions are located in both bedrooms and the well appointed family room. Hopefully, no one has to work remotely while at the beach, but if something comes up, the family room includes an office desk and chair with a beautiful view. Everyone in your meeting will be impressed if the Blue Angels happen to fly by!
