SeaSpray is a beautifully maintained resort with property on both the Gulf and Ole River sides of Perdido Key. It is one of the few complexes in the area that allows guests to bring their boats on vacation. The riverside marina offers boat slips on a first come, first served basis, along with a boat ramp and boat trailer parking available by the day or week. All boating arrangements must be made through the onsite SeaSpray management office, and boats must be properly registered with the CAM.

Don't have a boat. No worries! PKRM guests can still experience Perdido Key's gorgeous waterways through complimentary adventures like deep sea fishing, dolphin cruises, and sunset cruises. If you prefer your fun on land, complimentary experiences may also include golf at Lost Key or Soldier Creek Golf Course and admission to OWA Amusement Park. Guests can book one complimentary adventure for each day of their reservation through the Xplorie App after booking their stay. These exciting extras add even more fun and value to a Perdido Key vacation.

There is plenty to see and do throughout Perdido Key, with even more restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and attractions just a short drive away in Orange Beach and Downtown Pensacola.

If you prefer to spend your days at the resort, SeaSpray offers plenty to enjoy. Amenities include 2 Gulf front swimming pools, a riverside swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, grilling area, EV charging area, lighted tennis courts, pickleball court, and full boating facilities. Beach chair service is also available through the resort's vendor for guests looking to settle into a truly relaxing day by the Gulf.

The spacious open concept floor plan offers more than 1,500 square feet of living space, while the 4th floor setting provides beautiful views overlooking the Gulf and endless blue horizon.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and snacks at home. A Keurig coffee maker and traditional drip coffee maker are both provided, because enjoying a fresh cup of coffee on the balcony is a vacation must! A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the kitchen area for added convenience during your stay.

The beautifully designed primary bedroom features a plush California King bed and an ensuite bathroom with a spacious shower. Guest Bedroom 1 offers two Full sized beds, while Guest Bedroom 2 features a Twin over Full bunk bed. Parking passes are not included in the reservation price. Parking passes are 55 dollars plus processing fees for each pass and must be paid separately to the condominium association after booking. A link to purchase parking passes will be provided after your reservation is made.
