Overall good experience.
Great location with great view.
Room was clean and well furnished.
Parking area and spaces are very tight. Navigating garage and outer parking with a larger vehicle was challenging.
Very friendly and responsive resort management staff.
There is no pedestrian access to or from the front of the building that we found. We wanted walked across and down the street but to exit we had to walk traffic area exiting garage. It would be nice and safer to have designated or separate pedestrian area to road side.

This 2 bedroom, 3 bed condo was exactly what we wanted and it did not disappoint. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were very comfortable as well as the furniture, and the unit had a full-size washer/dryer which was very convenient. The view from the balcony was extraordinary! Perdido Beach was a new area for us and it allowed us to try new restaurants and explore new areas. Definitely recommend!

We couldn't have picked a better rental for spring break! We've stayed in Perdido Key before, but this was our first time at Windemere. This facility is the perfect size. It's easy to get to/from the beach. I love the assigned parking spots (although a tight fit, it was the perfect location for us to leave our chairs/beach toys in our car and grab on our way out!) we never had to wait for an elevator! The condo was clean and just the right size.

We had a wonderful time at Perdido Beach! Nice condo with comfy bed and bath. We loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves crashing! Tons of pelicans were diving 1 morning. And even saw dolphins 1 day! Definitely would go back!

We were very pleased with this condo and would 100% stay again. The proximity of the reserved parking spot, the elevator, THE BEACH is perfect and couldn't ask for better! We were able to store our sandy beach items in the vehicle and just grab it as we went because of this proximity. Very clean room and had everything we needed.

The condo was spacious and open concept. Super convenient to stores and most of all the Beach!! The washer and dryer is amazing and make the return home nicer when you can have clean laundry (to all moms out there ��)
