A Glimpse of Thanksgiving Day on the Beaches of Perdido Key

Thanksgiving is right around the corner and you’re ready for a celebration. We may have missed a traditional Thanksgiving Day last year, but this year will be different. The entire family can come together on some of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. Here’s a glimpse of what your Thanksgiving Day can look like on Perdido Key.

You wake up in a spacious villa and enjoy a cup of coffee with mom on the private balcony while waiting for the kiddos to awake. Your sister shortly joins you and a list is created of all the fixings you will need for a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. You contemplate flipping a coin on who will have to shop for all the items but opt for grocery delivery instead. Now you’ll have more time to spend at the beach.

All the cousins are up and ready to play hard on beautiful powder white sand. Dad has already tested out the emerald, green waters with a fishing pole in his hand and the kids check out his catch. The guys have headed out to Perdido Bay Golf Club to test out the greens which gives you and your sis plenty of time to catch up while soaking in the sun. At the end of the day, you clean up, and head to one of your favorite Perdido Key restaurants… The Oyster Bar. This family friendly restaurant serves up delicious seafood dishes with incredible views.

On Thursday morning all gather in the living room to watch the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade. You, mom, and sis look on from the kitchen as you start whipping up Thanksgiving Day favorites from a well-equipped kitchen in your Perdido Key Vacation Rental. The turkey is in the oven and all the traditional sides have been prepared for a meal you won’t forget. The family gathers around the table and toasts to the perfect Thanksgiving Day celebration!
